  6. Home must be use as your primary residence.

  8. Two year work history is required.

  9. Seller may pay up to 6% of the home’s asking price in closing cost.

  10. Texas USDA income Limit –  household of 1-4 is $103,500 – For household of 5-8 income limit is $136,600.

  11. Common reasons for denial includes failure to meet income requirements, insufficient employment history, low credit score, high DTI ratio, past bankruptcy, and area eligibility.
