Congratulations! You did it! You just received final loan approval. Next up, closing disclosure, walk-thru and then closing. Your closing disclosure will list a lot of different items associated with purchasing your home. While some of these fees can be negotiated by either party at the time of the offer, some cannot. Here are 17 items the buyer typically need to pay.

  3. Recording charges for documents related to the transfer of title to the buyer.
