It is no surprise that applying for a mortgage loan will require a lot of paperwork. Among the document you will be asked to provide include but not limited to:

• 2 Years tax return

• W-2s

• Pay stubs

• Checking account statement

• Saving account statement

• 401K statement

• IRAs and stock

• Social security card

• Driver’s license

• Gift letter if getting help from family with down payment and or closing cost

• Letter of Explanation (LOE) regarding credit inquiries
