  • 30-year fixed mortgage rate is    7.02%,

  • 30-year fixed FHA loan rate is    6.36%

  • 30- year fixed VA loan rate is     6.62%.

If you already own a home and looking to refinance, the current 15-year fixed refinance rate is 6.52% and the 30-year fixed refinance rate is 7.11%.

Meanwhile, the national average adjustable mortgage loan rates for:

  • 5.1 ARM is   6.06%            APR 7.87%

  • 7/1 ARM is   6.66%            APR 7.76%
